Compassion Key® Sessions — Divine Anne

1. Terms and Conditions

By booking, purchasing, or participating in a Compassion Key® session with Divine Anne, you agree to the following terms.
Please read them carefully.

Nature of the Service

• Compassion Key® is a gentle emotional-healing modality.

• It is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical treatment, or a substitute for licensed healthcare.

• Results vary for each individual and cannot be guaranteed.

• All guidance is offered in good faith, based on experience, intuition, and professional skill.

Your Responsibility

By booking, you acknowledge that:

• You remain fully responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

• These sessions do not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

• If you have a diagnosed condition, you should consult a qualified healthcare provider.

• You choose to participate voluntarily and understand the nature of the work.

Booking & Payments

• Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received.

• You agree to provide accurate contact information for scheduling and session delivery.

• Packages (5 or 10 sessions) must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Intellectual Property

All written, spoken, recorded, or digital materials provided during or after the session:

• Remain the intellectual property of Divine Anne™,

• May not be shared, copied, distributed, or reproduced in any form.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds

• All sales are final.

• No refunds are issued for any sessions or packages once purchased.

• This applies to:
  change of mind, scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction.

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule once with minimum 24-hour notice.
  Example:
  For a Thursday 10:00 AM session → notify me by Wednesday 10:00 AM.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice = the session is forfeited.

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your session:

• The session is considered used,

• No refund and no reschedule will be granted.

Late Arrival

• Sessions start and end at the scheduled time.

• If you arrive late, the session will still end as planned to respect other clients.

Rescheduling by Divine Anne

• In the rare event I need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the next available slot.
